Noise is anything that hinders the message from being heard or carried over plainly to the intended audience. Noise is the reason for breakdown in communication. Policy misconception resulting in poor implementation, violation of certain instructions resulting in sabotage and in extreme cases, break down in law and order could all be traceable to ‘noise’. 

To eliminate the menace of noise is needful to have successful society.
