*DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKES DADDY & MUMMY MADE*
*"DON'T MARRY A WOMAN OUT OF PITY"* My father.
I know my father and mother made some mistakes. Both tried in their lifetime to see I avoided such pitfalls. My father only gave me one advise that stocked, as quoted above.
On my mother's side, she lived her life guiding me from making her religious mistakes - *"DON'T be an hypocrite, "* Relationship mistakes - *"DON'T live life trying to impress anyone."* Association mistakes - *"AVOID those who don't have your interest at heart - the wicked"*
You know my parents were good people, both were very intelligent but life and those around them treated them unfairly. They left me with the verdict, *" LIFE IS NOT FOR THE WEAK AND FEARFUL. MEN WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU - YOUR WEAKNESSES, STRENGTHS AND GENEROSITY "*
My mother was so kind to tell me from a tender age; *" The kind treatment you get from those around me is because I'm around and alive."* I understood better after she crossed over.
*MAMA LEFT ME WITH ONE INHERITANCE*
She never wanted me to be religious because she was a victim of religion. So she repeatedly handed me the Bible for personal study. I can't remember when she taught me the Bible, but she ensured I read the Bible because she wanted me to know God one on one - personally. Today the Bible I read was the one she handed over to me.
*THIS MORNING MY SON NOW ON MY PATH*
He cried out; "*Daddy I have swept the house and read my Bible, Proverbs 1:1-10, verse 10 said, 'MY SON IF SINNERS ENTICE YOU, CONSENT THOU NOT"* What a scorecard, coincidentally, that's my life's cradle
*AVOIDING THE MISTAKES OF YOUR PARENTS*
1. *They married out of pity* - sold to sentiments and tribalism. You're on that path. At least you're experiencing the heat they passed through
2. *They were sold to religious practices but not spirituality* : they were religious but not godly. They did everything to impress and satisfy their religion leaders and so ended worst displeasing God.
3. *They taught you how to cheat and lie* - little wonder as an adult, you live your daily lives in lies and ended majorly in false relationship and a lot are hung to fraudulent practices and malpractices, unfortunately too late for many now in prisons and living life in prism.
4. *They were careless with money and other valuables* - they allowed family and friends, wolfs disguised as sheep to strip them of their hard earnings and left them with these; *"What did you do with your money?."* Unfortunately, it was at their old age. A lot alive, live daily in regrets as dependents
5. *Several wives and husbands - promiscuity* - a friend recently called me and declared; *"I'M DIVORCED AGAIN (WIFE NUMBER 2 GONE)"* Another, it was discovered after death had another wife. Carryovers from parents, today's boys and girls can't keep a home, at every snag, divorced those living together are enduring their union in pains and anguish. Don't even mention DNA, a lot are BASTARD'S
6. *They were not courteous* - anything that comes to their mouth and heart they'd spill out - they don't hold and keep secrets. Mummy insulted Daddy, daddy beats mummy. Daddy and mummy lived struggling with bills and fees. Is that not our bane. A friend wanted to run from home because he was tired of fighting with his wife. This generation has unguarded husbands and wives. Decorum thrown long before marriage to to dung
7. *POLITICAL PUPPETS* - Daddy and mummy looked the other side and allowed hooligans to take over their political space. Leaving us the struggle to live with terrible economy. Today, like them we're glued to the social media space, while rots and decays claim our political landscape. They went to farm unhindered, we dare not go to farm because of murderers and bandits. We're political puppets
*DON'T END LIKE DADDY AND MUMMY*
Recently a good friend cried bitterfly, blaming his mother for his woes. I listened to his defense sorrowfully but he's got to move on
This is the summary of this treaties to avoid the precipice . Their failures and failings must not be carried over to the next generation. Neither can you afford the blame game.
King David was kind enough to warn Solomon his son, who lived life with much mistakes and paid dearly for it. Only realizing at his later end that life is full of vanities, mostly when lived outside God. He loved women, tried wine, amassed wealth, wrote books, after it all, he said; *"All was vanity and vexations"* Finally drawing a conclusion;
*"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil."* Ecclesiastes 12:13,14.
