This programme is for parents who are no longer in crisis, but want to grow in self-trust, strengthen their voice, and turn lived experience into meaningful impact. Over 90 days, you will be guided to:
- *Build confidence in your parenting journey*
- *Gain emotional clarity and stability*
- *Reframe your lived experience with strength and meaning*
- *Develop the ability to support and encourage other parents*
*LEAD FACILITATOR*
The convener Coach Catherine Irene - A UK based biomedical scientist and a parent of a child with additional needs, the author of My Pain, My Gain - a book detailing her 16 years journey grooming her daughter. You'd learn from her success story, so that you don't have to go through some pains but rather gain focus, insight and clarity as a bypass.
