The Department was established as a support system for MCs and clients who might be experiencing some form of challenges that are capable of limiting the realization of their digital or life's goal.
To this end, the department provides emotional, spiritual and physical support to members and clients through proper Guidance and Counseling delivered by qualified personnel in the unit and field at large.
